I loooove this gin. I first tried it at Gindulgence in Auckland where it was used in an apple crumble cocktail. It was so good (I was luckily able to take some syrups home with me too) I recreated it for my friends during a midwinter potluck and they still talk about how it tasted like Christmas! This is probably the most interesting and delightful London Dry I've ever had. I love a pretty standard London Dry, but this definitely punches above its weight in flavor without being overly floral or fruity. Highly recommend.
